BYLICKI MAXYMILIAN

dyr. Maxymilian Bylicki to polski pianista, menedżer kultury i działacz społeczny, który odgrywa istotną rolę w polskim życiu artystycznym. Ukończył Akademię Muzyczną im. Fryderyka Chopina  w Warszawie w klasie fortepianu prof. A. Stefańskiego. W latach 1982-1996 był wykładowcą w AMFC oraz PSM II st. im. F. Chopina w Warszawie. W 1997r. uzyskał tytuł Master of Business Administration University of Calgary.

Był współorganizatorem Międzynarodowych Kursów Mistrzowskich w Łańcucie oraz wieloletnim wiceprzewodniczącym Zarządu Sekcji Pedagogów SPAM. W latach 1990-2001 pełnił kierownicze funkcje w Ministerstwie Kultury, a w latach 2002-2005 w Urzędzie m.st. Warszawy. Jako dyrektor Centrum Edukacji Artystycznej tworzył system szkolnictwa artystycznego w Polsce. Pełnił funkcję dyrektora Polskiej Telefonii Komórkowej „Centertel”, wiceprezesa Netii Holdings SA oraz KGHM Polska Miedź SA.

Zajmuje się problematyką zarządzania w kulturze łącząc doświadczenie artystyczne z doświadczeniem w zarządzaniu administracją publiczną, a także z przedsiębiorstwami rynkowymi. Od 2013 r. jako Prezes Fundacji Muzyki Polskiej promuje wykonania nieznanych utworów muzyki polskiej. Od 2015 r. jest Doradcą Ministra Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego.

Jest członkiem i długoletnim wiceprzewodniczącym zarządu Sekcji Pedagogów Stowarzyszenia Polskich Artystów Muzyków, organizatorem i członkiem komitetu programowego Międzynarodowych Mistrzowskich Kursów Muzycznych w Łańcucie, a także pomysłodawcą Międzynarodowego Konkursu Muzyki Polskiej im. Stanisława Moniuszki w Rzeszowie. Ponadto  jest członkiem Zakonu Kawalerów Maltańskich od 1998 roku. Jako członek zakonu, Maxymilian Bylicki stara się łączyć swoje pasje i działania artystyczne z misją maltańską, szczególnie w ramach organizowanych wydarzeń kulturalnych i społecznych.

dyr. Maxymilian Bylicki is a Polish pianist, cultural manager, and social activist who plays an important role in the Polish artistic life. He graduated from the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, where he studied piano under Professor Andrzej Stefański. From 1982 to 1996, he was a lecturer at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music and the State Secondary Music School in Warsaw. In 1997, he obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Calgary.

He was a co-organizer of the International Masterclasses in Łańcut and served as the long-time vice-chairman of the Board of the Pedagogical Section of the Polish Society of Musicians. Between 1990 and 2001, he held managerial positions in the Ministry of Culture, and from 2002 to 2005, he worked in the City Hall of Warsaw. As the director of the Center for Artistic Education, he helped develop the system of artistic education in Poland. He also served as the director of Polish Mobile Telephony “Centertel,” vice-president of Netia Holdings SA, and KGHM Polska Miedź SA.

He specializes in cultural management, combining his artistic experience with expertise in public administration management and market enterprises. Since 2013, he has been the President of the Polish Music Foundation, promoting the performance of lesser-known Polish music. Since 2015, he has also served as an advisor to the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.

He is a member and long-time vice-chairman of the Board of the Pedagogical Section of the Polish Society of Musicians, an organizer and member of the program committee of the International Masterclasses in Łańcut, and the initiator of the Stanisław Moniuszko International Polish Music Competition in Rzeszów. Additionally, he has been a member of the Sovereign Order of Malta since 1998. As a member of the Order, Maxymilian Bylicki seeks to combine his passions and artistic activities with the mission of the Maltese Order, particularly in the context of the cultural and social events he organizes.
